In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or would like to try on a different style, size or color, items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date (as noted by the shipping carrier) at no additional cost. No returns or exchanges are allowed after 30 days. All items must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or wear, and with original hangtags still affixed and untampered with.
Please note that shipping charges (including expedited shipping and signature confirmation) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return request, please contact us through chat during standard business hours or leave us a message with your order number specified in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email please note that you are making a return for a refund and specify the reason for the return. Once we authorize your return, we will email you back with a return label for you to print out and use to send the item(s) back to us.
We do not accept returns on items that were not purchased through our website or were bought through a third party or intermediary.
