We provide free domestic exchanges on orders placed on our website. In the event you would like to try on a different style, size or color, items may be exchanged within 30 days of the ship date (as noted by the shipping carrier). No exchanges are allowed after 30 days. All items must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears or visible signs of use or wear, and with original hangtags still affixed and untampered with.
To initiate an exchange request, please message us via chat or leave us a message with your order number specified in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email please let us know that you are making an exchange and specify the reason for the exchange.
Also, please include the style, size, or color you would like to receive for the replacement jacket. Exchange requests will be processed based on the availability of the item.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on items that were not purchased through our website or were bought through a third party or intermediary.
