Please let us know that you would like to cancel the order and the reason. Once we receive this information, we will notify you shortly thereafter if we were able to cancel your order.
If in the event that the item has already shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, you can contact us (via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by messaging us on live chat) and request a return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the jacket, we will issue a refund.
